General information
“Best Practice Guidelines for Access and Benefit-Sharing” shall be developed for the community of users and for collections. This WS will discuss specific recommendations on standards and practices for EMBRC nodes and participating labs focusing on ABS compliance and beyond. The objective of this WS is to gather existing practices, exchange on feasibility of proposed recommendations on ABS compliance and propose a set of guidelines to facilitate the use of marine bioresources within the frame of EMBRC.
