- Why is analysis the most important stage? Who should it involve? How should it be done?
- What should be the outcomes of the analysis process?
- Short Practical Exercise – What Knowledge Outputs will you produce?

- What is the difference between communication, dissemination and Knowledge Transfer?

- How to identify Target Users and design customised Knowledge Transfer Plans?
- Short Practical Exercise – What will you transfer, how and to whom?

15:15 Session 5: Considering Eventual Impact in your Pilot Experience design (Practical Exercise)
- How could your communication/KT activities be better designed to ensure impact post-project?
- How would you change the end product to suit the end user, rather than the target user?
